So at the time of writing this, it's about a month and a half after treatment has finished and I finally feel ready to test the water (literally)! I've been walking lots throughout, but if I'm going to return to fitness the exercise needs to go up a notch.

Colmworth Clinch Workplace Challenge Golf for Guys Victory

The Bedford Golf Club in Great Denham welcomed nearly 70 male golfers from across Bedfordshire on Sunday for the Workplace Challenge 'Golf FORE Guys' golf competition organised by Jo Brewster, our Workplace Challenge Manager. The early afternoon rain initially threatened to spoil the fun, but quickly blew over and a fantastic day's golf was enjoyed by all.
